The Incident of the Frog in The Classroom

After all the talk about nostalgia in my previous blog.. I thought I would narrate an incident that happened back in college.. In the final semester...[;)].. It was a boring afternoon class... Total Quality Management.. Our wide eyed lecturer trying his best to keep us awake while we were praying for the hour to end soon... After being reprimanded quite a few times in class, I finally decided to atleast pretend to take down some notes... I bent down to take a book out from under my desk... Thats when I caught sight of this frog looking at me from inside the desk... Suddenly all the boredom of the afternoon fled... I looked to my left and caught my classmate dozing, pretending to be taking notes.... Things just couldn't get better[;)]... I took a paper and decided to grab the frog with it and throw it on him... Just when I grabbed the frog.. The stupid frog decided to jump on me instead...[:(]... And the whole bench of girls sitting to my right screamed... When we tried explaining ...

A Beginner's Blog

A friend of mine argues people who blog are generally people who are bored and rarely have anything sensible to say... Well... I really don't mind being categorized like that.... Now that I have finally made up my mind to blog... I will just share my ideas about the few things in life that really excite me in the blogs to come... Actually.. I've been getting a bit nostalgic and decided to put down all my thoughts somewhere.. Not claiming it'll interest you however... My first interest.. Books... Have been a major part of my growing up... From the fairy tales by Enid Blyton. through her Famous Five and Secret Sevens... And then the Nancy Drews and Hardy Boys in the early teens... On to Agatha Christie's, Perry Masons, Sidney Sheldons and Jeffrey Archers... To The GOD Delusion that I am currently reading.. I have always felt.. A book that you read reflects your mental maturity at a given point and largely influences your thoughts, opinions, ideas, perceptions and moods. S...
