A friend of mine argues people who blog are generally people who are bored and rarely have anything sensible to say... Well... I really don't mind being categorized like that.... Now that I have finally made up my mind to blog... I will just share my ideas about the few things in life that really excite me in the blogs to come... Actually.. I've been getting a bit nostalgic and decided to put down all my thoughts somewhere.. Not claiming it'll interest you however...
My first interest.. Books... Have been a major part of my growing up... From the fairy tales by Enid Blyton. through her Famous Five and Secret Sevens... And then the Nancy Drews and Hardy Boys in the early teens... On to Agatha Christie's, Perry Masons, Sidney Sheldons and Jeffrey Archers... To The GOD Delusion that I am currently reading.. I have always felt.. A book that you read reflects your mental maturity at a given point and largely influences your thoughts, opinions, ideas, perceptions and moods.
Secondly.. Music....Well.. Everyone loves music... And my only experiments with it have been trying to learn the Veena for 5 whole years... And a year of living in Bangalore is all I need to forget I even knew how to play it. Anyway... Since I have lost touch..I am not gonna talk much about it here..
Third... My weekly trips to Chennai...There has not been one single week that I've travelled without something interesting(???!!!! a matter of perspective!!) happening on the trip... ;)
